How to give my details ?

While ordering, it will ask you to enter CUSTOM NAME that you want on your Monogram.

e.g. - enter custom text as MAHESH or AMIT PATEL or ROYAL TRADERS, etc, while checkout.

e.g. - If you want house name plate, then enter custom text something like B-22 THAKUR's while checkout.

How can I stick Monogram to wall or glass ?

Monogram comes with Two Way Industrial Quality Tape already attached to the back side.. Just peel the sticker and stick on wall or glass. Optionally, you can also drill the monogram with normal drill and fasten with screws if you want. But our sticker tape is sufficient in most of the cases.

How much time it takes to delivery ?

Delivered in 7 to 15 working days. You will also get tracking details by email and sms once your monogram is shipped from our warehouse. Generally we ship on 2nd or 3rd day of order.

What if the product received in damaged condition ?

We do 3 layers of packing with bubbles inside and outside of the parcel. However still if there is any damage, we will provide replacement. Just shoot a video of unboxing the sealed parcel.
